नियम व अटी:

1 . The information provided by me is true to the best of my knowledge and understanding, and I assume full responsibility for the veracity of this information. I am aware that if any part of the said information is found to be false or incorrect, legal action may be initiated against me.
2 . I am voluntarily undertaking this registration—having fully apprised the individual desiring marriage registration of all relevant details and having obtained their consent—and I shall bear full responsibility regarding the marriage itself.
3 . I am aware, and I accept, that "Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra" is an organization that provides the specific service of suggesting suitable brides and grooms (i.e., prospective matches), and that no other service—beyond or distinct from this specific function—is provided by "Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra."
4 . I am aware that "Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra" may share all the information provided by me to the organization with suitable prospective matches, publish it on their website, or disseminate it to one or more individuals through other media channels; I hereby grant my permission for the same.
5 . The organization 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra' is opposed to dowry or any other form of financial exchange, in addition to its primary function of suggesting suitable matches. I am fully aware—and I accept—that if any financial exchange takes place involving the prospective matches or anyone acting on their behalf, resulting in any fraud or loss, the organization 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra' shall bear no responsibility or liability for such incidents.
6 . The organization 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra' works to suggest suitable matches to registered individuals; I am aware—and I accept—that the service fee charged for this purpose is strictly non-refundable.
7 . I am fully informed regarding all the services offered by the organization 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra,' and I accept all the Terms and Conditions applicable to these services.
8 . I am aware—and I accept—that under the 'Premium Service' offered by 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra,' the organization's responsibility shall extend only until the point at which the prospective bride and groom provide their mutual consent for marriage.
9 . If a marriage alliance for myself—or for the bride/groom I have registered—is finalized through any establishment or individual other than 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra', I acknowledge that I have no right to claim a refund of the service fees charged by 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra'. Furthermore, I shall not demand the return of said service fees. Additionally, I accept and acknowledge that if a marriage alliance is finalized through any other source, it is mandatory for me to promptly inform 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra' of this fact.
10. In the event of a new registration or a renewal/extension of the service period, the corresponding fees applicable to such transactions must be paid.
11. Should any difficulties or issues arise regarding a prospective match/proposal, the organization must be notified immediately.
12. I accept and agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions set forth by 'Soyarik Vadhu Var Maitra', and I consider myself bound to comply with them.

नियम व अटी:

1 . मी दिलेली माहीती माझ्या आकलनाप्रमाणे खरी असून या माहितीच्या सत्यतेची पूर्ण जबाबदारी माझी राहील. सदर माहितीमध्ये काही खोटे अथवा चुकीचे असल्यास माझ्यावर कायदेशीर कारवाई होऊ शकते याची मला जाणीव आहे.
2 . मी स्वेच्छेने विवाह नोंदणी करू इच्छिणाऱ्याला सर्व गोष्टींची कल्पना देऊन आणि त्यांची संमती घेऊन नोंदणी करत असून विवाहा संबंधीची सर्व जबाबदारी माझी राहील.
3 . सोयरीक वधु वर मैत्र ही संस्था अनुरूप वधू आणि वर म्हणजेच स्थळे सुचविण्याची सेवा देणारी संस्था असून यापलीकडे किंवा या पेक्षा वेगळी अशी कुठलीही सेवा सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्रकडून दिली जात नाही याची मला माहिती असून हे मला मान्य आहे.
4 . मी सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र या संस्थेला दिलेली सर्व माहिती सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र ही संस्था अनुरूप स्थळांना पुरवू शकतात, त्यांच्या वेबसाईटवर प्रकाशित करू शकतात अथवा इतर माध्यमांद्वारे एक अथवा अनेकांना पुरवू शकतात याच मला जाणिव असून त्यासाठी माझी परवानगी आहे.
5 . सोयरीक वधु वर मैत्र ही संस्था अनुरूप स्थळ सुचविण्या व्यतिरिक्त हुंडा अथवा इतर कुठल्याही आर्थिक देवाण-घेवाणीच्या विरोधात असून अनुरूप स्थळांची अथवा त्यांच्या वतीने कुणीही काही आर्थिक देवाण-घेवाण केल्यास झालेल्या फसवणुकीची सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र या संस्थेचा संबंध नसेल याची मला कल्पना असून हे मला मान्य आहे.
6 . सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र ही संस्था नोंदणीकृत व्यक्तींना अनुरूप स्थळे सुचविण्याचे काम करते, यासाठी जे काही सेवा शुल्क घेतले जाते ते ना परत शुल्क आहे याचा मला जाणीव असून ते मला मान्य आहे.
7 . सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र या संस्थेच्या सर्व सेवांविषयी मला माहिती असून, या सर्व सेवांच्या नियम व अटी मला मान्य आहेत.
8 . सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्रच्या प्रिमियम सेवेमध्ये वधू आणि वर यांचा लग्नासाठी संमती मिळेपर्यंतच सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्रची जबाबदारी राहील याची मला माहिती असून हे मला मान्य आहे.
9 . सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र व्यतिरिक्त इतर अस्थापना अथवा व्यक्तीकडून माझे अथवा मी नोंदणी केलेल्या वधू/वरचे लग्न जमल्यास सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र या संस्थेने आकारलेले सेवा शुल्क मला परत मागण्याचा अधिकार नाही आणि मी ते सेवा शुल्क पुन्हा मागणार नाही तसेच इतर ठिकाणावरून लग्न जमल्यास सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र ला सदर गोष्टीची कल्पना देणे माझ्यावर बंधनकारक असून हे मला मान्य आहे.
10. नवीन नोंदणी किंवा मुदतवाढ केल्यास त्या निगडित रक्कम भरावी लागेल.
11. समोरील स्थळाकडून काही अडचण येत असल्यास त्वरित संस्थेला कळवावे.
12. सोयरीक वधू वर मैत्र यांच्या सर्व नियम व अटी मला मान्य असून त्यांचे पालन करण्यास मी बद्ध आहे.
