Soyrik Matrimony provides matchmaking services. We do not guarantee a successful match or marriage.

Subscription fees

Payments for paid plans are generally non-refundable once the plan is active.

When a refund is considered

• Payment was deducted but the plan was not activated.
• The same plan was paid twice.

No refund when

• The member is not satisfied with the matches.
• The profile is suspended for breaking our rules.
• The member stops using the service.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment with your profile ID and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
